My name is Hannah and I am a virtual assistant who helps people with their customer service, website/ social media, and general administration needs. With a career in customer service and administration that spans over 10 years, I have helped and worked with several different people.

My professional life has consisted of working with many different companies and organisations. I have assisted people with all different aspects of their life, from researching their rights and helping them search for jobs to cooking their food and cleaning their homes. I have assisted with the successful set up and running of projects; I have created and maintained numerous administrative processes; I have communicated and built relationships with different people.

I have a real passion for helping people, whether it is in my professional life or my personal life, so I have decided to build a business around helping people, this is utilizing my skills with my passion. I can assist people with their general day-to-day administration task such as document or file management, to helping people engage with their customers through email, website, or social media.
